We opened our sandblasting facility in 2007, using a diesel air compressor, a XP375 MODEL that ran at 375 CFM (cubic feet per minute) and burned approximately 100 liters of fuel per day when functioning at a high capacity, contributing greatly to the amount of gases emitted. We have now switched to an electric compressor that will eliminate the amount of gases produced thus helping our environment. The compair 55469 runs at approximately 600 cfm, REDUCES POLLUTANTS, AND RUNS MUCH QUIETER THAT THE OLDER DIESEL MODEL, WHICH ENABLES US TO LIMIT ANOTHER AGGROVATING POLLUTANT, NOISE!
